3.  Performance Appraisal  
This course will help participants feel more comfortable with an aspect of management that almost no one likes. The importance of using an appraisal process to improve human performance is stressed. The focus is on the future, and how to discuss the strengths and developmental needs of employees while producing positive results.

4.  Mentoring Others                                                                                                                     
Help individuals launch a mentoring relationship with a subordinate or co-worker by attending this presentation. Learn how to keep mentoring assignments on track. An assessment helps participants determine if they are ready to step up to a mentoring opportunity as mentor or mentee.

5.  Succession Planning
Succession planning is the process used to identify and prepare talent (candidates) for key positions that become vacant as valued contributors leave an organization. Change is inevitable. Ignoring the demographics as generations enter and leave the workforce can leave an organization at a competitive disadvantage. This course focuses on how to establish a succession plan, identify and manage talent, and prepare people for new key assignments.
