Management Succession Planning for Family Businesses

Comment: You have done articles on Key Person Insurance and Business Succession Planning. I am a country accountant and I can tell you that farming succession planning is the hardest.

The issue of my client’s family farm Succession is a sensitive one. Succession of the family farm means that dad is either dead or incapacitated. This is not a pleasant thought for mum with young children.
